I guess the lowest you can go is 1 star. This place is terrible. The owner screwed up my reservation 2 years in a row. He is a real jerk and a complete liar with no sense of business skills or how to work with customers. His staff attempted to make up for his failures but I will never do business here again and I recommend no one else does either.
The waitresses were great but our friend had planned her daughter's 18th birthday there in a back room with a TV. They worked on a cute DVD of the daughters growing up. Last minute the manager said they double booked. Was rude to my friend and daughter. Speaker phones share a lot. They got them a room but had no TV to show her DVD. Really rude person with the reservations. Very disappointed.
These people are thieves, went there to watch a game brother in law left jacket, cell and keys. We called they said they didn't have anything. Called his cell they have that at Jacksons and they have keys no jacket. We went to go get cell and keys they didn't have it all of sudden. About 5 minutes later they hand him his jacket cell and keys after we asked to see video. Wow!! No one should go here ever

You left your things unattended for hours. The staff put your things in a safe place so they wouldn't be stolen. You were gone so long shift change happened, so there was confusion. And everything was given back after they figured out where it was put safely away. The staff did a great job making sure no one stole the items that were left behind.
The food is good monday night football there is fun
During Football season we attend the Monday Night Football events. It's a great time and the food is very good. Even though I have special dietary issues they are always able to take care of my needs.
Caught tha Seahawks season opener here. Walked in at noon on Sunday after the drive over from the coast. Got a seat right away. Our server Tony was on the ball the whole time. Beer was cold and the food was hot. We've only been in one other time, 2-3 yeas ago and had a good time then. Same this time. Sorry it seems a couple of your other reviewers had unfavorable experiences, but we'll definitely be back!
Awesome environment but service was a slow had to approach a waitress to get a menu and a drink but once we were served service improved

Rude bartenders tonight, how are you gonna call last call a hour ago and then people walk in and you serve them alcohol because you said you know them like who does that and I'm pretty sure that's not allowed because it's so illegal for a bartender to do that. That's favoring your friends and fucked up at that. You guys think you can get away with whatever you want. I think I'm gonna have to call liquor board one this one and make a complaint.
