Jack & Debra have done an excellent job of taking care of us!! We share with others so they can have the same great experience.
Just days into a 2 1/2 month trip the house step malfunctioned. We pulled in the Service gate and explained the problem. The counterman explained they were booked solid until 3 days later, but if we had the patience he'd work un in along the day's schedule. It took several hours; however, true to his words the step was repaired and we were on our way. As a side note, spending time in the RV Museum made the delay much more palatable.
