My toyota care expired for my lease after 2 years so the 3rd year I'm on my own financially. No big deal until they tried tellinf me I had to get the Toyota care plus for the 3rd year at $329 (sale price) when the original dealership I signed my lease with told me it was even necessary as long as I kept up with oil changes and tire rotations, but that if I was interested they only charged $219 for the package! Talk about almost being scammed out of hundreds of dollars!
Purchased a certified tundra from jack sherman a few days ago and was an awesome experience. Pat Bado worked very hard for me to get me to where I needed to be in the truck. Delivery was only a few short hours later. Very happy and would recommend anyone to go see Jack Sherman and see Pat Bado!
My issue is not with the staff, they were more than helpful and doing their job. My issue is with policy. They refused to honor the warranty on my 6 month old car because they couldn't find a reason for the issue, and then somehow that gets put on me? The car is leased, less than 6 months old, and less than 5000 miles. They don't know what happened so therefore I'm stuck with a bill over $2,000. Not a happy camper.
