Purchased a certified corolla only had jack Sherman do all the maintenance and oil changes . When they stripped the oil plug and pan they used the poor excuse of wear and tear. Paying higher prices forDealership maintenance
I was at the dealership to purchase a car and I was treated very badly by Jeff. He humiliated me very badly Firstly judging me and giving me a lecture on my driving for almost 5 minutes. I would have accelerated the car a bit just to Chek the car. That has nothing to do with how I drive. Any sales guy would recommend me financial options but Jeff asked me how much do I want to pay and when I gave him a number he humiliated me even more by saying that I can only afford a $10000 car. Toyota charged me for a full alignment fee of about $100 for 20 mins of their time. The service man came to tell me the technician could not loosen one of the bolts in the back and could not adjust the rear. I still had to pay the fee even though my vehicles alignment was not done. Their response was they still attempted to do the job. 🙄🤷🏻♂️👎anywhere else would say we cant complete it, bring it back after u get this replacement part and we will finish it but not Toyota👎
The service at Jack Sherman be it on the sales floor with Mark Hall, or the service department! They are a terrific group of people! I have dealt with them for five cars and I have never been disappointed! Mike Cory can be very proud of his staff !

Took my Rav 4 to Jack Sherman's to have the recalls taken care of and the customer service was excellent! From the moment their "door man" opened the door until they brought the car around when it was done. They even gave us a 2018 as a loaner to use for the duration. Very positive experience.
We found a RAV4 posted and messaged Austin about it. We arrived and the car was brought up front so we could test drive it. Clean and absolutely beautiful! We bought the car and went on our way. Can’t say enough nice things about Austin. He wasn’t pushy and very helpful. Thank you for all your help!
