Jack Schmitt is a JOKE!!!!! If you want to buy a car from a dealership that CARES about their customers, DO NOT go here. They are awful. They will do what ever they can to avoid taking care of their customers. If you want a good customer experience shop elsewhere. Also the service given in the service department is bad. They do not know what they are doing at all what so ever.

I was told tonight they are about to close and looked annoyed that I dare want to buy a Lincoln on a Friday night... I guess they have better things to do than sell a car. I am sure Dave Sinclair don't tell me that!!

Hubby & I went looking for a truck, nothing new but obviously a decent one. WOW from the moment we got there we were made to feel like important people!
