I just wanted to say thank you to Travis Bricker and Jaime for the amazing experience we had 2 weeks ago at Jack Schmitt Ford. Travis Bricker is the greatest person to have ever been born! I've always had issues at car dealerships, but he was one of the most friendly and helpful people I've ever met. Shout-out to Travis for making the painful experience of buying a car everything but!
Shane Braken was an absolute pleasure to work with. I went in the yesterday to look at purchasing an explorer and he was beyond patient with my requests and needs in a vehicle, he worked hard to get my family into the vehicle we were wanting and he hit a home run!! Excellent experience! Wish we would have come here from the start. Drew knew the ins and outs the Lincoln MKX and thoroughly answered any questions we had about the car. We were super impressed with his knowledge and customer service. After finalizing the deal, he sat in our car with us and taught us how to use every feature.
