The pizza (we got) was awesome but we waited an hour and 40 minutes for wings before asked for our check and asked our server to forget about them. I raved and raved to my Boyfriend about how amazing the food was here and we were both extremely disappointed . For starters bad service long wait for food wrong food when i got it never again will i visit there
The food was good but the service was slow. It took them forever to get our food to us, something happened to my brothers calzone and once he finally did receive the calzone it wasn't what he ordered. However, they did give us a discount on the wait.
Jack's is the best bar in Atlanta and I'll fight anyone who says otherwise. The best staff (seriously; i've never had bad service here), ridiculously good wings, and it's a block from house. I couldn't hate it if I tried.
Food good, prices=ok, appreciation for people of color is no existent. My initial review was going to be great and that the wait was kinda long but everything was still good but it was horribly long and the waitress messed our order up by not putting it in not once but twice. Then responded with little care and also did not want to take responsibility for her action and horrible job performance.
