First time going was Sunday night so service was not bad on that particular night....and the food...omg absolutely great!! I had jerk wings with lemon pepper sprinkles and a slice of supreme pizza...I'm just anxious to get back
I'm probably the most regular regular there. It's ridiculous. I can't stop going. The food is great. The service is somtimes off but that's okay because I usually don't see that person serving there again. So, someone gets it :)
Listen up, the food is great but the service as a whole sucks. Their is however a server named Arron really cool cat, very squared away. Ask for him to serve you and your jacks pizza dining experience will be just fine. Thanks Arron! Your the man.
first time going and it was the best waiter rose was the coolest can't wait to go again but gotta wait till they open thursday i wish they opened everyday... i need some delicious pizza rolls....very nice environment
Food is great I would go here every weekend if service was a little better
The food is great, but the service was so bad, I can't give a good score. It took them 20 minutes just to bring a glass of water to my table. Then another 15 minutes for someone to return to take my order. Another 20 minutes have gone by with no one offering to refill my drink. I'm in awe!! I can't believe I'm still sitting here....After tonight, I probably will not return!!! I'll make my own damn pizza!
I been enjoying Jack's for over a year now; great environment & good food buuuuut, today at my table was painted a swastika!!!! Very bad taste...:-(
