I was applauded when the plumber they sent out had his truck break down in my drive way. The break down wasnt the problem it was the fact I was charged for 2 people while they were waiting for the tow truck to show.

Hi Bill - Are you sure this was us?? We have not had a truck break down (knock on wood) recently and would not want a customer to have to pay for something like this. We also don't see where we have ever done work for you. Sorry to hear this happened to you!
Wanted to make sure we gave this late shout out! On 4/21, we had a real issue. I asked friends on FB and @Jack's All-American Plumbing was recommended, so we called you to handle the job. We were super satisified with the plumber, Iban who came to our rescue! We actually had called another company, but they were 2 plus hrs. drive away and more then 2 hrs from showing up when we called back the 2nd time for an eta - it was only then they 'dispatched' the call! We hate to make a late night service call but it was needed. Mark was an awesome professional, can't thank him enough for his help. If we have any needs in the future, we're calling Jack's and asking for Mark. Thank you!
