Jack's plumbing has come to the rescue to our YMCA more times than I can count-and trust me, when you have thousands of people using your facilities every day there is no 'we'll get to you tomorrow '. They are there, honest, blessedly prompt , efficient and we never have a repeat issue. They also take care of our home 'situations ' - usually me putting something like leftover stew in the garbage disposal (only that one time!!!!- I swear...) and there they are, within an hour or two!!!! Just my opinion. We have a gas water heater that is about 14 years old and was originally installed by Jack's plumbing. Trying to be proactive before the old heater gives out, I called them to see if they can come out and give me an estimate for replacing it versus installing a tankless water heater. I was requesting an appointment. However, I learned that they charge to even come out now. Consequently, I believe they are forgetting the importance of "returning" customers and getting "too big" perhaps...�

Called this morning with our plumbing problem, explained it needed to be fixed asap. We were told they would be here between 2-4 today. 10 min till 2, they called to cancel due to other plumbing emergencies. Thank you
We have one of Jack's plumbers, Mike Ruiz, come out to our home to help us change out a shower head and he ended up helping us change out the toilet seat for a handicap accessible one. He was so courteous and wanted to make sure our bathroom was safe for me because I'm in a wheelchair
This guy's about the rudest contractor I've dealt with,swearing at residents in the parking lot,slamming his doors around. I'd definitely NOT recommend this guy.
