Liberty Mutual reached out to them for my mother yesterday. They had her waiting 4 hours in Passaic and NEVER came! She ended up taking an uber home and having someone else assist her. Terrible,terrible company!
This company stinks. They never showed up when I was waiting for them to change my tire. About an hour after they were supposed to arrive I called and was told that I was not in a safe location. I believe I was. But, even if that was the case, why didn't they drive up to me and tell me? Or call me and ask me to move to a different location? They just let me sitting there. Even if your insurance company or towing service sends them out... ask them to hire a different company.

Called for roadside assistance at 7:15pm, at 7:30pm the ETA was 20 minutes, it’s now 9:56pm and they keep saying 20 minutes. Definitely one of the worst experiences ever. P.s. I would give 0 starts if I could
