It is always a pleasant and experience when we are fortunate enough to have a true doctor look after our medical conditions. The doctors at wellness hillside are stellar physicians and compassionate human beings, period. It is the long practicing doctors who understand the importance of the patient doctor relationship and are simply not intimidated the system.
Dr. Hastings was very understanding and patient with the multitude of forms I needed for my employer. The front desk staff are efficient and polite.
I was very satisfied by my appointment . I got the attention I wanted/ needed .
The staff, as always, was kind and efficient. It would be an understatement to say that Dr. Shenkenfelder is a star in all respects, clinically personally.
