we bought a used truck in September, late October when the first cold snap happened had some starting/charging issues, i notified Mark of this and made appointment to correct the problem. being a mechanic i kinda of already suspected the batteries being weak or bad as they were original to the truck. i was ready to argue tooth and nail over any cost to me as i was close to both mileage and time for any kind of warranty. but to my suprise there were no cost accured. the batteries were replaced under warranty. i would recommen... read more
My Subaru died on I-81 while traveling through Tully, NY. We arrived at Jack McNerney late on a 100 degree day with two small dogs who were in distress. Cheri, Steve, and Tony went out of their way to take care of our dogs and my wife who were exhausted. They had us on the road again in just over an hour. The entire facility is spotless and staff is kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Do yourself a favor and get your car serviced a Jack NcNerney.
I will never do business with them again. I was completely mislead by their salesman Zach who sold me an extended warranty on my certified used car. He told me it was for 60,000 miles when in fact it was only for 14,000 miles. A costly $2000 mistake. I thought I could trust this dealership only to find out otherwise!!Buyer beware. I should have gone elsewhere.

I was there about a hour and boutgh my wife a new car . the salesman { GLEN DEORDIO } was excellent . very friendly , not pushy . it was the first time I was glad to do business with a car salesman . mcnerney Chevrolet I a great place to buy .
