Took my 2014 Cruze there for a clutch problem. Took them 12 days to get parts. Charged me 100% markup on parts, $122/hr. labor totaling $2000 for a new clutch when all I needed was a new throwout bearing. Service writer told me they would have the parts in 2 days, blamed it on the strike when in fact they got the parts from another dealer 12 days later. Not where I would take my car for service.

Had a great experience at Jack McNerney Chevrolet this week! Zac and Brian were professional, yet made you feel comfortable and were very easy to work with. Every interaction was smooth and quick, as they were prepared for us. Highly recommend!!
