They could improve by getting better customer service. I took some driveshafts in to get one extended and one shortened, when I got them back, the rear was the same size and the fron was longer when it should have been shortened. Then when I asked for them to fix it or give us a refund, they said no, because they changed a part that didnt need changing to begin with, without my consent might I add. Then they had the balls to tell me they'd charge me another $300+ for the labor that had to be done to begin with. Definitely ne... read more

VERY unprofessional, we go to a place like that because they are supposed to know what we need to buy... If I knew I wouldnt need a sales person, so they sell you a $1400 part and for the part to work I need to spend another $2000! So after I learned the hard way, I go back to him and he wants to charge me 15% restocking for something that is inside the box. Thanks for nothing Jack your service is USELESS!
