I went to Jack Lewis to have a watch serviced. They did an excellent job. The attention I received from the staff was extraordinary, and that made all the difference. I returned a few months later and purchased another time piece. I live in a large city with many jewelry stores; I make the drive to Bloomington because of their incredible selection and service.
Tami was so very helpful with repairs on 2 of my favorite rings. Even with a holiday they completed the repairs several days ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Jack Lewis!
I had to enlarge my wedding ring due to arthritis and it was ready when they said, Wes’s notified and it was beautiful and shiny and fit perfectly.
We attended an event there last night for Childrens Hospital and the people were so lovely to deal with. I ended up with a gorgeous ring and we felt like we were dealing with someone we had known and trusted for a long time - Thanks Jim!!
