I have been a Jack Lewis customer for over 30 years when they were in Eastland Mall. They are very knowledgeable. Totally professional!! I can just stop in and not buy anything and they will clean my jewelry for free. Today they did just that and I thought my rings were pretty clean until they cleaned them and they sparkle like I have new rings. Trustworthy honest a wonderful selection in all prices. I had such a wonderful experience today at Jack Lewis Jewelers. I was looking at rings and the gentleman who helped me shared that he was “ the new man” at the store. He was very pleasant to me and very helpful ; at one point explaining that he would like to confer with another employee about the correct sizing. I highly recommend this jewelers.
