As a couple just starting to look for engagement rings, who were also from out of town, we were a salesperson's nightmare. But Don was a complete professional and all around great to work with. We learned so much about diamonds, and he picked up right away on things I liked in a ring, giving great guidance to my boyfriend who didn't want to buy in front of me. All around excellent customer service and an awesome guy! I hope when the time comes we are able to buy from Jack Lewis!
A wonderful, knowledgeable staff who offer great ideas for jewelry updates and repairs. It's a joy to come in and look at their beautiful jewelry!
