The staff was very welcoming, and answered all my questions. I went in to have my wedding ring of 33 years resized, along with my 7 year anniversary band resized. The diamond in the wedding ring needed to be reset. The rings turned out beautiful. I was very pleased, and was happy to know that all services are done in the store.

After 16 years, the prongs in my original setting had broken! I decided to go to Jack Lewis after hearing good things! So very happy I did! I ended up with a beautiful brand new setting and feel newly engaged again! Constantly staring at my ring! Thanks Ashley for all your help!!
