We have bought carpet two times now in different houses. The carpet is very nice and the installation was done well. I gave one star because both times we had trouble with the installers. The 1st time there was a crew of 4-5 guys, they spent a lot of time joking around and on their phones, I wondered if they would ever get done and they were only doing three bedrooms. Great people great enviourment and the best employees
They left a section of my heated floor unheated. The solution is to rip up the floor. I get a cold spot about a foot square for the rest of the bathrooms life... The grout work was not great after having them out multiple times. To their credit I do think they would have come back out to work on it more. But why? It shouldn't take 4+ tries to get grout right and I don't want to rip up the floor to fix the heat issue.
I'm a little overwhelmed and choked up with thankfulness over what The Jack Laurie Group did for me. I experienced water damage from an old Water Heater in my home and had to purchase a new one. This happened in April. A few other problems occurred during the clean up process and the Jack Laurie Group made it right by installing beautiful new Carpet in my home, no charge. One installer brings his girlfriend to the job sides, and make out while he is supposed to be working there is a video and a picture this is unacceptable, they call him Lalo. I already send emails and my review keeps disappearing
