This company has zero respect for customer requests or basic consumer rights. They continue to send unsolicited marketing emails even after being explicitly asked to stop and unsubscribe. Ignoring repeated opt-out requests isn’t just unprofessional—it’s a blatant violation of the CAN-SPAM Act. If a business can’t handle something as simple as honoring an unsubscribe request, it says everything you need to know about how little they value integrity or customer trust. Avoid at all costs.
If you’re looking to hire a company and want professionalism, I would not recommend this one. Employees are yelled at and cursed at while working on site. Additionally, the foreman do not properly review the work before the job is completed.
We have bought carpet two times now in different houses. The carpet is very nice and the installation was done well. I gave one star because both times we had trouble with the installers. The 1st time there was a crew of 4-5 guys, they spent a lot of time joking around and on their phones, I wondered if they would ever get done and they were only doing three bedrooms. I'm a little overwhelmed and choked up with thankfulness over what The Jack Laurie Group did for me. I experienced water damage from an old Water Heater in my home and had to purchase a new one. This happened in April. A few other problems occurred during the clean up process and the Jack Laurie Group made it right by installing beautiful new Carpet in my home, no charge. They left a section of my heated floor unheated. The solution is to rip up the floor. I get a cold spot about a foot square for the rest of the bathrooms life... The grout work was not great after having them out multiple times. To their credit I do think they would have come back out to work on it more. But why? It shouldn't take 4+ tries to get grout right and I don't want to rip up the floor to fix the heat issue.
