This is a great company that is helpful, honest, reasonable and responsive. I can't be praiseful enough toward them. Truly excellent to work with.
At one time I had given a five-star review and it was well deserved at the time, but I have had to lower it to one star due to the fact that they installed a furnace in October of 2023 and it has had to be repaired twice already and it is still freezing cold in my house because it is not working properly. My husband has been trying to contact Jack on phone and online and he is not responding...... not answering at all. If things get made right for us I will change this review, but for now a one-star rating is accurate
Arrived on time. Kept us up to date on the status of our furnace order. Walked us through the process. Provided heaters so we stayed warm while the furnace was out. Very friendly and professional.
Heat stopped working. Was told by Jack Kiefer Heating & Air that entire furnace needed to be replaced. After watching a couple youtube videos, turned out all I needed was to replace a $3 pressure switch hose that was cracked. Works great now. Be very aware that you may be cheated by this company.
