I want to file an complaint about my GLK350. I trusted mercedes to provide A-1 service and I feel that I was just taken advantage of because I am a woman and Black. They did not check my vehicle thoroughly each time I brought it in and never reported to me anything about my tires. I tried complaining to Jack Ingram Mercedes in Montgomery, AL and Corporate but to no help! I want everyone that own a mercedes, to realize that the service stinks!
