Ms. Cheryl Houston is the bomb. She took care of me. The service staff is great. Always smiling. This is what a car dealership should be, customer oriented service. Nowadays, car dealerships act like they are doing you a favor. These folk at Jack Ingram Mercedes treat their customers like they should be treated.
The service center too the time to tell me what services I received and the general condition of my vehicle. It was good to have a verbal overview of services rendered and that the car was in general good shape.
Jack Ingram has staff that are people oriented. I especially would be remiss if I did not share the expert, couteous, and extremely knowledgeable service that I re ceived from Mrs. Cheryl Houston who by the way is one of Jack Ingrams service advisers. This young lady and the technician by the acronym C J are the proverbial bomb. When i tell you Cheryl and CJ took care of me. They really took care of me.
