I took my grandson the get a milk shake thru the drive-thru. I was the only one there for at least 5 minutes. After waiting 15 minutes outside with the temp at 106, I went inside to get my money back. There were at least 6-7 employees working. Horrible customer service. Don't go To Jack-in-the-Box, save time, go to McDonald's next door.
