I was shuffled around a little but when my order was taken it was fast. The food was food and the people were friendly. I went back for one more order.
I was expecting hot fresh food since i had to pull up and wait, instead i cold fries and burger and only half fries i was supoosed to get
Service was just fine, actually pretty good. The one cashier was very nice. I'm disappointed in Jack and my overall Jack experience. As a former employee, the Jack experience reminds me of the "old" Wendy's commercial, "Where's the beef"? I have never seen bacon that was paper thin until now, breakfast for lunch. My second meal was admittedly a "Junior", but seriously, left me ...hungry. For the same $7.00 I could have had a real meal. Sorry Jack, won't be back ���.
