They have someone brand new working the drive through who doesn’t know the menu yet. I’ve literally been in the line for at least half an hour. People are in front of and behind me so leaving isn’t an option.

The cashier was really nice and professional. Of course the egg roll was delicious, as always. It maybe could've used a Clorox wipe on the condiment tray and counter and a swiffer on the floor. But, overall, it was a good stop.
short staffed on a friday a busy day waited 40 min for a 2 munchie meals cashier was running to make burgers and tacos at same time w out gloves i couldn't have my kids eat that food and then he eas shaking his hands to get tid of crumbs on finergs not once did i see him wash his hands.
I sat there for 15 minutes before the guy can to the window and told me to park in the front because they just drop the chicken tenders in to cook. Then another 20 minutes before I got my food. This lady had came out and ask me what I was waiting on and I told her that I had order chicken tenders and she told me give me a second that they where almost ready and I thanked her. But I won’t go back to that Jack in the box even though my niece was the one that was craving it.
Too my daughter for good after work and first we waited in line 10+mins, second when we ordered they had shut the drive thru mic off, this when we finally got our good 23mins later, IT WASNT EVEN THE RIGHT ORDER!!!!! 0 STARS AND NO RECOMMENDATIONS ON DINING THERE EVER!!!!!!!
