While waiting on a prescription to be filled, my children and I went to Jack in the Box to get something to eat. Upon entering, I told my older children to look at the menu so I could change the baby's diaper, but there was no changing table! So I went back out to the van to change the baby. I come back in and my daughter is upset. Said the cashier asked her if she was ready to order and she said no, I'm waiting in my mom. The cashier rolled her eyes and walked to the back. My daughter was not even standing at the counter!
Awesome food very friendly ppl just wish yall would come to the Columbia/Lexington area so i can eat there every week
Sat in line for a good 10 mins. With only car in front of me who was waiting for just a drink. Man was very friendly but my complete order was wrong. Lady asked if I had a receipt which at the time I didn't know I didn't have. So either way I received no help.
We were here around 2 and didn't get any food until 2:30. I didn't wait like the others that were with me and asked for my money back. Pathetically slow service!
