DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! Recently took our 2011 Dodge Diesel here with a front end vibration. Fixed brakes and balanced tires by their recommendation. Drove 13 miles from the shop and the transfer case blew and took out our transmission. 13k to 18k in damage. The shop towed our vehicle back to look what happened and owned the fact that they misdiagnosed the issue. Shout out to Jack Furriers Tire and Auto Center, 3645 S Palo Verde, Tucson, AZ. They accidentally put two incorrectly tagged tires (Toyo distributor error) on my coach causing 2 blow-outs before we figured out what was wrong. So ... they're reimbursing me for both blown-out tires AND replacing ALL 6 remaining tires due to the uneven wear. That's about $2,800 in corrective measures PLUS installation and balancing.
