I leased a car from them in 2022. I recently had a flat and needed to change my spare. I was never told my car came with wheel locks, which is fine. However, the sales team did not provide the wheel lock key. I had to tow my car to their service dept, spent a quarter of the day there, missing work for this. I asked if they can put on a new wheel lock set with the key. They were going to quote me for their own mistake. They told me to speak to the sales manager Greg.
