Dr. Howard was extremely rude to my family member who was sent to him by her PC. He rushed through the appointment in less than 5 minutes and was very discourteous. He brushed off any concerns and questions that she had and said that those should be addressed by her PC. He seemed annoyed that the PC sent her to him.
