I have been coming here for over ten years now and I bought a cake a few days ago and the young lady at the counter said that nobody was available to write a name on my sons birthday cake because the manager was at a meeting . I was angry because the girl was so rude and not helpful to find someone just to write a name. Decadent desserts, superior service and a great reputation-back when we entrusted our wedding cake to them to now, we have found all these things to be true. We will be back! And, hopefully the girl at the front will be on duty-my four year old loves her!!
They made the most delicious carrot cake for my wedding in 1999 and have delighted my friends and family over the years with pastries cakes and oh good lord the best choices of chocolates ever. Thank you for your skill creativity and commitment to excellence always
This is our second time ordering baby shower cakes from JaCivas and both times we were very pleased with the service and the final product. We took specific pictures and they were able to match them perfectly. Will definitely be sticking with them for all of our cake needs.
