I am recently moving from CA to FL and to this community. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Tiara from the office and Jason from the maintenance team work together and addressed my concerns in timely manor. I am enjoying the community and feel like home in the first week. Trash are pick up daily, recycle bin is available as needed. Did I mention that cute ducks are roaming the community. Very peaceful and chill vibe !
