Absolutely love love Jabz! I have a very stressful job and being able to workout with the ladies afterwork has been my therapy! The trainers are so awesome and supportive! I have met some wonderful, strong women! So inspiring!

This has got to be one of the most motivating workout class I have been to! To have someone cheering you on in a friendly environment is great! Haven’t been to the gym in a while but they work with you to make sure you have a great time and push you to your limits! May have to make this my home! ��
