Jabz is a great workout place more than a gym. it's a place to bring out your inner motivation, you know is deep inside you but for any or many reasons has fallen asleep. It's going to be 1 year that I have been coming 3 - 6 times per week and I feel more in shape in my mind, heart and body than I have in the last 15 years. The trainers are awesome!
