I had a class ring that had lost the crest. Staff at JAB made a new one and were able to match it exactly to a photo of the ring. I was kept updated all throughout the process and the finished ring is beautiful. Price was fair and staff were kind, flexible, professional,and helpful. I will definitely be back should I need any repairs or custom work.
This is the second time we have used JAB jewelers and have been beyond pleased with everything about this store. You are always greeted with a smile and “how can I help you?” The workmanship on everything I have taken there has been outstanding. And best of all their prices are so reasonable why go anywhere else? We are certain we will use JAB for all of our jewelry needs!
Staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent, honest service. I've been using this business exclusively for the past 10 years for everything from setting design to jewelry repairs. Also, it's the only place I will have my watch batteries replaced, as they never chip the glass like the kiosks in the malls do. I'm always totally pleased with the quality of their work, the beauty of their designs and the staff.
