I would certainly recommend JAB and their staff to anyone looking for an excellent jeweler with a wonderful professional, talented and friendly staff. My husband had two one-of-a-kind rings made, one for myself and one for him. I also recently requested a difficult repair on another ring and would absolutely not take it anywhere else. That's how much I trust them. We have purchased numerous ready made items from them as well--from pearls, to necklaces, to rings and found their pricing to be very fair.
They are very professional and informative. I had a new ring designed out of a blend of two older rings. ****** really took her time with me until I had the design that I loved.
We were so impressed with the patience, care, and aesthetic insight that ******* displayed as we worked with him in designing a custom ring. We were able to preserve a precious, delicate, 45year old ring in a new supportive framework. The result looks like it was always meant to be. We trusted them to word toward our needs, not theirs. Conscientious professionals, timely in their work, very detailed in their craftsmanship, and thorough in their processes.
