Great class availability; I can come in to workout even though my schedule varies week to week. The instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful.
Highly recommend! I have been a member since 2014 and loved every minute of it. If you're ready for a challenging and motivating workout, then this is the place to go. The owners and staff are skilled trainers that go above and beyond for their members. After I had an injury, Jenn Spencer a licensed message therapist, took the time to show me proper stretching methods and assisted me with the injury. JAB is more than a gym, but a community.
JAB Fitness makes working out enjoyable. As a regular for the past 4 months I have been able to become healthier and learn a lot of boxing. Very few gyms, if any, make exercising so great. I would recommend JAB to anybody that enjoys the family vibe at there gym establishment.
I love that I’m not just another number in a sea of fellow gym-goers. At JAB you become family! Fun people, great classes and knowledgeable trainers!
I have been a member of the Jab Family for 1 year. I lost 42 lbs and built muscle. This gym offers nutrition, exercise, and muscle recovery (cupping and massages). The personal trainers are great. Jab Fitness is a gym for all fitness levels. I highly recommend.
5 stars I have been going to Jab since it opened! Jab has a wide range of flexible times for classes and fabulous instructors even with beginners. Also provides their members with best equipment, from machines, gloves, wraps & t-shirts etc etc. Jab provides personal training , massage & cupping with the most certified and professional staff! My boys and I love our #jabfam #jabfit.
