Was not sure l was going to be able to handle this workout. But l listen to the instructor Master Chris and listened to my body. I do have limitations and was able to do what I could. I so want to continue .

Let me tell you, this place is awesome. This was the first boxing gym I've been a member of and I won't ever go anywhere else! The staff is welcoming and helps you improve your technique and fitness goals. I truly enjoy coming here to workout. I recommend Jab Fitness to anyone looking for a great workout �

I thought it might be a little difficult to communicate or to understand what we would need to do but they went above and beyond in making me and my friends feel like we were a part of their family. We're deaf and we are often ignored or left behind because it's a hassle for them to try to include us on what was going on. Jab fitness did better than that and I left feeling positive and exhausted. They put me thru hell lol but it was worth it. Thanks guys! You're great!
