Great place! We got a screw in our tire on the highway on Thursday late afternoon. Most other tire repair stores we searched for in the area were closed, but JA Tire was open. We stopped by without an appointment, and they had the screw removed and tire patched in 10 minutes! All of the employees were very friendly and the service was cheap, too. Mahalo!
Called this morning for third party tire installation quotes and they took me in immediately. Not only the receptionist and technician were most professional and helpful (didn't get their names) but the waitng room was spacious and comfortable. Better yet their prices were the chepeast too! Would come back and recommend them highly! Wish I took a pic of the shop because it looked orderly and highly functional.
Awesome place tucked away in Campbell Industrial. They have a waiting room and they accept cash or card payments. The staff is super helpful. Fast service I was in and out of there in less than 45 minutes with 4 brand new tires, mounting and balancing. As soon as I pulled up they took my car straight into the warehouse. I took a quick walk across the street to check it out and came back, they handed me my keys and I was rolling out on a smooth ride from my previous tires. I texted them as instructed and received immediate service. They ordered my tire that was expected to be delivered in 2 hours. Prompt response, excellent customer service. I highly recommend JA Tire LLC. I will reach out to them first before any other tire company in the future.
