Best Day Ever! – I won a spa package of the ultimate JaRoss experience which included a swiss shower, facial, neck, back, and shoulder massage, mini mani and pedi, and a cut and style! I was at the salon from 10am-4pm! Everyone i came into contact with was so amazing, nice and reassuring! I am soo pleased with all the services I received and will be returning soon! Great job ladies!
Best Place in town – I had a gift card to another salon in the area that closed. They accepted my gift card at a discounted rate, which was awesome since I was going to lose everything from the other salon. The ladies at the front desk were so nice and very welcoming. My hair service was the best ever. They do a great scalp massage. I also took advantage of a massage which I wished would have never ended. The best ever. A Waste of Money – This salon was a sorry excuse for a relaxing day. Their website it bogus and they didn't honor the services offered online at the price mentioned. I was coming from out of town and that is all I had to go off of and when I asked for what the website offered they said it was my fault they hadn't updated their site in over 8 months!! Terrible spa, and horrible haircut – I had a few hours of services scheduled at the spa for my birthday. The massage was terrible; the lady showed up late and finished early. The woman doing the facial was rude. I tried the place out one more time for a haircut and highlight. They turned my hair yellow, and cut it shorter than I requested. I had to wear a hat until someone fixed it, the color was so horrible. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.
