Credit card abuse!!! Be aware when singing up for membership. They have been over charging my credit card for five months. One month ago the manager promised to issue a refund but I still never receive it. In fact I just checked my statement they just placed another charge on my card. Called at least five times to leave messages. The manager does not return phone calls.

TERRIBLE CUTOMER SERVICE – I never would recommend the monthly message program. Dates are difficult to confirm, showed up for my message and the owner was supposed to make the appropriate changes but he misunderstood and would make no compensation or credits for the many inconveniences I had to make to get a massage appointment to fit into their schedule. The Ja Ross massage program adds stress instead of relieving your stress. Don’t bother and save yourself the frustrations. Owner needs to attend customer service training.

FABULOUS SPA! – I have had the best experiences at Ja' Ross Spa for years! I absolutely love it there. I have a membership at this spa, another memebrship at Fiddler's Creek in Naples, FL. as well as a memebership at The Marco Island Ocean Resort- I truly LOVE to spa! Look them up! Ja'Ross provides excellent services and everyone is really friendly. I love their double exfoliating facial. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE – I am not suprised to find such poor reviews for this business. I had an issue with the owner and manager which was incredibly disappointing and insulting. I WAS a monthly massage member and completely enjoyed Kim as a therapist. She is excellent. After spending much money and time at JA Ross, not only for massage but hair and products also, I called to book a massage for my parents. Poor Customer Service – I am sorry I kept my appointment. Their lack of professionalism at the front dest went right through to the staff at the Spa. Look all you have to offer is SERVICE, amenities abound in many places, and you failed miserably. I have never been so ignored or treated so rudely at a spa. First I had to wait for 15 minutes for someone to show up. No one told me where to go or what to do. Mediocre "customer service" for highscale prices – I must say this is not the worst but also not the best. It's not only that the stylists do not all have experience that qualifies for better than Great Clips prices, but the desk customer service is well below what a upper end salon should be. worst experience ever! – This spa was completely unprofessional and drastically overcharged me. When i went into the salon i asked the manager how much my service would cost, and she gave me the price, which was the same as i had seen in the service manual. However, when i was paying afterwards they charged me 50 dollars more. Enjoyed Massage – My husband and I enjoyed a swedish massage. The "relaxation" room was nice and did relax us. We then were able to each have our own masseuse provide our massages at the same time in this huge room. My massage couldn't have been more perfect. My husband thought his was a little "rough". My therapist told me to let her know if she was to soft or to hard. His did not communicate anything to him but he could have told her to lighten up a little. Say Yes To A Day Of Relaxation – A friend won a spa package to the salon and she could take two friends for the day and I was one. I had such an amazing day. I received a facial,neck, back, massage, swiss shower, hair cut and style,manicure and pedicure. They did a great job transitioning me to each part of the day. Every one was very nice and made me feel like it was all about me,which was something you don't have very often. I will be back soon. Thanks again for a wonderful day.
