J2 was prompted with their site visit after contracting with them. Email communication was great with Stephen, the engineer we worked with. When He came to our complex, he was attentive to our needs and honest about the condition of the property and what should be prioritized. He went around back of the building and investigated every nook and cranny for the current conditions of the integrity of various support structures. The HOA board for the complex I live in has J2 Building Consultants helping them with various projects at our condominium complex. I don’t know much about construction, but when I have come outside to talk to my husband who is on the board, I have seen him talking to one of J2’s Engineers, Stephen Ting. I was the HOA Resident Liaison between J2 and the selected contractor for the complete repiping project of one of the four buildings in our Condominium complex. J2 oversaw the installation of a new building waterline, the complete repiping and restoration of 21 units in a building constructed in 1962. The 21residents chose stay in their units during the project.
