J2 started this reclad project with our Condos almost two years ago, planning, consulting, start up, construction and finish. They are the best example of professional service and integrity I have witnessed in the construction industry. If I could give them a 10, I would. J2 was prompted with their site visit after contracting with them. Email communication was great with Stephen, the engineer we worked with. When He came to our complex, he was attentive to our needs and honest about the condition of the property and what should be prioritized. He went around back of the building and investigated every nook and cranny for the current conditions of the integrity of various support structures. The group at J2 were awesome to work with. Everything was well explained to us and any time we had a question (which was often!) they got back to us, within 24 hours. I highly recommend them.
The HOA board for the complex I live in has J2 Building Consultants helping them with various projects at our condominium complex. I don’t know much about construction, but when I have come outside to talk to my husband who is on the board, I have seen him talking to one of J2’s Engineers, Stephen Ting.
