I was the HOA Resident Liaison between J2 and the selected contractor for the complete repiping project of one of the four buildings in our Condominium complex. J2 oversaw the installation of a new building waterline, the complete repiping and restoration of 21 units in a building constructed in 1962. The 21residents chose stay in their units during the project.
