J2 was prompted with their site visit after contracting with them. Email communication was great with Stephen, the engineer we worked with. When He came to our complex, he was attentive to our needs and honest about the condition of the property and what should be prioritized. The HOA board for the complex I live in has J2 Building Consultants helping them with various projects at our condominium complex. I don’t know much about construction, but when I have come outside to talk to my husband who is on the board, I have seen him talking to one of J2’s Engineers, Stephen Ting. Absolutely wonderful company to work with. Britany was incredibly helpful over email and the phone and even managed to snag us a killer deal by combining two inspections into one. Dimitry performed the site inspection and did a great job of identifying all the problem areas for the complex. It was detailed enough that it felt very overwhelming, but it's so great to be able to have a document service providers can read and see immediately not only what work needs to be done but also the priority ranking. I help to manage a 8 unit condo building. Jens and the team at J2 helped us with our preliminary and intrusive investigation. They also helped to consult during our insurance claims and helped to result in a sizable insurance settlement.
