Dr was very caring n very detailed in reguard to what is wrong w my shoulder and said it really needed to have surgery to fix it and sending to pt first . How ever the office workers are very slow n the wait time is ridiculous I wait over an hour and half before seeing the Dr .
Dr. Alford is empathetic yet so professional. I count myself lucky to be his patient. The office staff and his medical staff are a pleasure to do business with.
