I was with my friend and he had a plug that was needing to be patched. The man made a point to say that he should get a new tire and we said to just patch it. We left the tire there while we went to an ATM to get cash to pay the $10 abd and when we got back we were told that someone had stabbed the tire with a knife and we were forced to buy a new tire and spend extra money. I know and my friend knew that there was not a cut in the tire and after paying I let the man know I was aware of them causing the cut.
