Good service
Front desk is great, and friendly but can never get a time on delivery or an answer to how they operate. JW Myers response on any service is "hopefully", "let's wait and see", "we don't know", it takes time", In other words if you need service, don't count on them.
Very good customer service by front desk lady. She was very understanding but one of their driver was like it was end of the world. He called me for the location of the tank and he said THREE times oh my god. I understand he might be having a bad day or running behind schedule. But he was too fast in front of the warehouse and we have forklifts going in and out. He put safety of himself and my team on risk. He was driving gasoline/Diesel delivery truck. .
Good prices and friendly service.
The staff is very helpful and it's the best place to get all your propane needs taken care of.
