J Thompson has been family to me for probably 11 years.. helping me regain my confidence back after having brain surgery... everyone that works there are amazing people!!! I wouldn't go anyway else . Best experience I've ever had despite my emotional state when I arrived. As women, our hair is a major part of our identity and when it's not as we want, it can be devastating. Shane was very understanding and explained everything as he worked and was personable at the same time. I feared the worst outcome but when I saw my hair, I was relieved, shocked and happy! I now feel more prepared and hopeful for my next visit to complete my color correction. Thank you Shane! #hairblessings
