This company replaced the roof for my neighbor on Tuesday. I live in a fee simple adjoining town houses. Simply put that means I own the driveway the land, the roof, and the siding everything. We had our home re roofed in June of 24. Unfortunately in January a tree fell on our home and damaged a section of the roof. Joe Penyak and his team came out shortly after our insurance company paid and did the same excellent job on the repair that they did on the replacement last year. Great service and reasonable pricing. I would recommend Penyak roofing for any of your roofing needs.
JT Penyak graciously donated a gutter cleaning for a tricky tray. We won the gutter cleaning and I am so impressed with how thorough the cleaning was. Our neighbors have pine trees which constantly clog our gutters, and our gutters were long overdue for a cleaning. They also screwed in a piece of soffit that had loosened without even asking or charging extra. We will definitely contact them in the future for any roofing needs and refer them to friends and family.
