I have been going to Johns now for over a course of 2 years. The company's customer service as a WHOLE has declined. I used to come and feel welcome however the past 2 times I was rushed, and filled with anxiety because of the lack of friendIiness I was so used to. Nonetheless, dropped off my car on Juneteenth thinking absolutely nothing of the "holiday". This is the best shop I've been to. They are fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend.
Been going there for a few years now. I went for inspection brakes and had a check engine light on. I needed a new thermostat. John called me not long after I dropped it off told me what the problem was and the price that it would be. Very reasonable price for it. Highly recommend them to anyone.
