They are always so friendly and helpful to me. I love this store (especially Utica Squares Store.)
Came in to find a phone necklace for my mom and I got the last one! Staff was very helpful and knew exactly where it was, and offered to hold it for me behind the counter while I browsed around!
Unfortunately, my experience here has been less than exceptional. They ignore me every time I come in! Cute stuff though.
