Dr. Ryan Marshall is wonderful! Extremely attentive and caring!
If I were able, I would give a review of 0 stars. Today would have been my very first appointment as a new patient with Dr. Robertson and after reading several reviews of how he had he helped others suffering from severe sinus and allergy issues, I was so looking forward to seeing him. I had to wait three weeks to get in which was not a problem even though I have been very sick with my sinuses and was even sicker coming in today. My appt was scheduled for 3pm today and I arrived at 2:45pm with my paperwork already completely... read more
Dr. Marshall is too smug and arrogant; it’s off-putting. I’d recommend finding another ENT.
4 years I dealt with Vertigo. Went to AL ENT. I REGRET waiting. ABBY was a miracle worker in my book. So if you have Vertigo go see them!! You will love Abby. She is patient, sweet, makes sure you understand what to do…Don’t wait like I did BECAUSE….during the exam Dr Marshall discovered I was 100% blocked in one nostril. I didn’t know! He recommended sinuplasty and balloon procedure and I felt like a new person. I called to book an appointment and spoke with Amanda, and she was truly the nicest person I’ve ever spoken to! She was extremely helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to make the process easy for me. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares and takes the time to help the way she did. I highly recommend Alabama ENT & Allergy—Amanda is an absolute angel!
