They were really professional, responsive and friendly here.
Dr. Robertson is great and his bedside manner is great. I never leave a bad review because everyone can have a bad day and this world is hard enough to live in. BUT...our health care in regards to insurance coverage and placing so much on the patient is laziness wrapped in an excuse. I had a scope placed in my nose for a few minutes and was charged $193 on top of my $75 copay. I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Scott Robertson and his team. I contacted his office for evaluation of long-standing sinus issues and known deviated septum, plus a lifetime of respiratory allergies. Beth, one of his nurse practitioners, conducted an initial workup appointment, obtained a CT scan, and helped me with an active sinus infection. I’ve been coming here since 2021 and can’t complement the staff enough. Especially Amy, Elizabeth, Amanda, and Kayla at Providence Park. Would recommend for anyone with allergy or ENT needs.
